Atlastop at Vesterbro Festival audio

Tuesday, June 10th, 2008

Eventhough we were officially called Alastop (sans the first 't') on the festival calender, we convinced the check-in guy at the reception to let us in into the festival grounds and played our set on the DSB Wildcard scene. Pics on Rasmuses Flickr- note the photos varied colour palette.
Twas brain boilingly hot!... Record spring temperatures in Copenhagen colluded with a wacky, but well-intentioned lighting guy, who was armed with about 15 spotlights pointed exactly at my head. I was dripping by the end of the concert, and our songs are not exactly high energy stuff.

Concert video from Tjilipop Cafe

Wednesday, December 19th, 2007

Okay so the stereoscopic video sync is a little bit off,.... and the video could be a little brighter (and therefore less grainy). So here is a 3D video of the Atlastop gig at Tjilipop...

If you are wondering what 'stereoscopic' 3d is all about... Just cross your eyes (or parallelate them if you can) and watch for the 3rd phantom image in the middle.

Gig at Bunkerpop

Friday, September 7th, 2007

Atlastop just played our first gig as a 3-piece this weekend (Haukur had to pop out for a bit, something about a great job/girlfriend/apartment in Island, who cares). Played a gig with a full set list and there were even people in the audience we didn't already know! Wild

Twas pretty laid back. One person was even lying flat on the ground. Couldn't quite make out whether she was sleeping or enjoying the concert. Not sure I wanted to find out.

Bunker acoustics managed to completely mess up the recordings I did. That's my excuse anyway.
